Made to order

Every hoodie is printed just for you when you order — each piece is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. That means two steps before it reaches you:

Production: usually 2–5 business days for your item to be printed and quality-checked.
Shipping: delivery time depends on your location. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Shipping costs

We keep shipping simple with flat rates: $9.95 for Canada, $10.95 for the USA, and $19.95 for Europe.

Where your order ships from

Our products are printed and shipped from the USA via our fulfillment partner. If you are ordering from Canada, please note that Canadian orders pay Canadian taxes at checkout.

Printed to order in the USA. No customs duties — taxes are calculated at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

Because each item is custom-printed for you, we cannot resell it — so we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

We will always make it right if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item or size

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
