How do the hoodies fit?
Our hoodies are a classic unisex pullover fit and run true to size. If you like a relaxed, cozy feel — or plan to layer — we suggest sizing up. Every product page has a Size Guide button with exact chest and length measurements.
What sizes and colours are available?
Sizes S through 2XL. Our current collection is printed on black hoodies only — we chose one blank we love and perfected it, rather than spreading thin across colours that don't do the prints justice.
How long does shipping take?
Every hoodie is made to order — printed just for you after you check out. Production takes 2–5 business days, then transit time on top. Shipping is a flat $9.95 within Canada.
How are the designs printed?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on a soft Bella + Canvas fleece blank. The ink soaks into the fabric rather than sitting on top like a sticker, so the print stays soft and won't crack or peel with normal wear and washing.
What if my hoodie arrives with a print defect?
Every order is covered by our 30-day print-defect guarantee. If your hoodie arrives with a misprint, wrong design, or printing flaw, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund you — your choice.
Can I return or exchange for a different size?
Because each hoodie is printed to order just for you, we can't resell returns — so we don't offer change-of-mind returns. That's exactly why we publish full measurements on every product page: please check the Size Guide before ordering. Defects and errors on our side are always covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
How do I wash my hoodie?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Treated gently, the print will stay vibrant wash after wash.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your hoodie ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Made-to-order items take 2–5 business days in production before the tracking activates — no tracking email yet usually just means your hoodie is still being printed.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed over encrypted connections — we never see or store your card details. You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
