Who we are: CozyIvy is an online apparel store at cozyivy.com. Products are printed on demand by our third-party fulfilment partner and shipped to you.

Orders: Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm by email. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), excluding tax and shipping until checkout. We may cancel orders for pricing errors, fraud, or unavailability — you’ll get a full refund.

Products: Every item is printed on demand after you order (2–5 business day production). Colors may vary slightly from screen to print. Our designs are our property — buying a hoodie doesn’t license the artwork.

Shipping: We ship to Canada, the US, and select European countries. Delivery timeframes are estimates. If your order is lost in transit, email us and we’ll make it right.

Returns & refunds: See our Refund & Returns Policy. Defects, wrong items, and shipping damage are always on us. Change-of-mind returns aren’t possible on custom-printed items.

Conduct: Keep your account details accurate. Fraud, scraping, or security breaches will get your account banned.

Liability: Limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. No liability for indirect damages.
